Jack Quinn

A former U.S. congressman for the 27th Congressional District of New York and Erie Community College President, Mr. Quinn has over 40 years of experience in higher education and helps clients navigate the intricate and often complex issues that community leaders face.

Diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2014, Mr. Quinn has been an active public policy advocate and has shared his voice on the need for better treatments and a cure with elected officials. He began his career in the education field in the Orchard Park Central school district of West Seneca, New York while working on his MBA. After five years of teaching and coaching, he entered a PhD program at the University at Buffalo with plans to become a principal and superintendent. These plans were halted when Jack was encouraged to enter politics and government, leading to his election as the Town of Hamburg councilman and town supervisor. Jack credits his work in local government as the most important training he received for facing challenges in the U.S. Congress.

Mr. Quinn holds a BA from Siena College, an MA from the University at Buffalo and a New York State School District Administrator Certificate from State University of New York at Fredonia.
