Juan Castillo is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in ticketing, customer service, and production support. Currently serving as the Director of Ticketing at The Miami Football Club since February 2022, Juan has progressed from Senior Account Executive to Account Executive within the organization. Previously, Juan worked as a Passenger Service Agent at Triangle Services, where responsibilities included managing passenger reservations and ensuring excellent customer service. Prior to that, Juan gained experience as a Production Assistant at TELEMUNDO, supporting various production stages and maintaining material quality. Juan's career began at TM-CELL LIMITED as a Warehouse Associate, focusing on order preparation and inventory management. Juan is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Florida International University, building on an earlier Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College.
