Vanessa Simon is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Metropolitan Museum of Art since 2019, Vanessa previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at FAO Schwarz from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Vanessa spent a significant period at Target from December 2008 to 2018, where various roles included Executive Team Leader in Human Resources, Logistics, Softlines, and Guest Experience. Vanessa obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from SUNY Geneseo, graduating in 2008, and completed high school at St. Anthony's High School in 2004.
