Denise Banfield is an experienced benefits and human resources professional with a strong background in managing employee benefit plans across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Benefits Manager at The MetroHealth System since October 2018, Denise has previously held the position of Senior Benefit Analyst and worked as a Benefits Manager at both Alexander Mann Solutions and MTD Products. Denise began a career in human resources at Peoples Services, Inc. as the first HR Manager and later progressed to a Human Resources Manager role at Automated Packaging Systems. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from The University of Akron.
