Krista Pasfield has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Summer Intern at Broadridge in Bank/Broker Services. In 2003, they joined Carnegie Mellon University as the Head Teaching Assistant, where they remained until 2007. In 2006, they interned at the United Nations in the Department of Disarmament Affairs.

In 2008, Krista joined The Metro Group Inc. as the Manager of Corporate Support/Human Resources. During their tenure, they were responsible for managing staff, financial analysis, marketing, risk management, and human resources functions. Krista also spearheaded new business development initiatives, resulting in the successful acquisition of two companies. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Business Development/Corporate Support Manager before eventually serving as the Director of Operations and Head of Human Resources. As a Director, they led a team of six and oversaw enterprise operations, legal affairs, insurance, audits, and mergers and acquisitions. Krista worked closely with key stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps and resolve governance issues.

In 2015, Krista took on the role of Corporate Secretary at The Metro Group Inc. Krista ensured efficient administration of the company and facilitated compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Krista liaised with corporate counsel, auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders on governance matters.

Most recently, in 2021, Krista joined Southern New Hampshire University as an Adjunct Faculty in the Online MBA Program. In this role, they contribute to the academic development and instruction of students.

Overall, Krista has demonstrated expertise in operations management, human resources, business development, and corporate governance across a range of organizations.

Krista Pasfield obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an additional major in Business from Carnegie Mellon University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Policy & Management at the same institution.
