Jordan Blackman is a seasoned professional in energy policy and management with extensive expertise in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and climate initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Energy Advisor at The Meridian Group, Jordan provides strategic advice on energy initiatives for the Navy. Previous roles include Technical Director at Navarro Research and Engineering overseeing clean energy demonstrations, Senior Program Manager at The Building People managing support services for the Department of Energy, and extensive project management in energy initiatives for the Army and other federal entities. Jordan holds an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University, a BSc in Economics from Cornell University, and professional certificates in Executive Leadership from Georgetown University.
