Adam Madeley has a diverse background in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager at The Mere Golf Resort & Spa since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Restaurant Manager at MOTTRAM HALL LIMITED and Restaurant and Bar Manager at Hotel Football. Adam has also held positions as a Consultant at The Lowry Hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton, and served in various managerial roles at Chandlers grande brasserie and The Chester Grosvenor. Adam's career began at The Stuart Hotel as a Restaurant Manager. Adam completed education at John Port School from 1996 to 2002.
