Jody Thomas, MSF, is a Staff Associate at Mercadien since August 2022, specializing in a variety of accounting and advisory services for diverse clients, including privately-owned companies and nonprofit organizations. Previously, Jody served as an Associate and Compliance Associate at Queens Check Cashing Corporation, where mentorship from a former AVP at JPMorgan Chase enabled the effective maintenance of an Anti-Money Laundering compliance program. Jody also gained experience as a Real Estate Investment Trust Intern in Asset Management at Four Springs Capital Trust, focusing on asset management documentation and lease provisions for multiple properties. Jody holds a Master of Science in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgian Court University.
