Kevin Aylsworth has extensive work experience in operations management and engineering. Kevin started their career at Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. as an Engineer, where they worked from 1990 to 1997. Kevin then joined The Mentholatum Company, where they held various roles including Manager, Plant Engineering from 1997 to 2011, Director of Engineering and Maintenance from 2011 to 2017, and finally, Director of Operations from 2017 onwards. In these positions, Kevin was responsible for overseeing facilities, engineering, new product development, procurement, production scheduling, and inventory control, among other core functions. Kevin also implemented latest manufacturing technologies and techniques and coordinated activities between departments and third-party manufacturers.
Kevin Aylsworth's education history includes a variety of programs and degrees. In 1985, they attended Michigan State University and pursued a degree in Packaging Engineering, which was completed in 1990. In 2004, Kevin attended Cornell University, where they completed the Professional Leadership Development Series with a focus on Organizational Leadership. In 2007, they enrolled in St. Bonaventure University and earned an MBA in General Business, which was completed in 2009. Lastly, Kevin attended the University at Buffalo in 2009 and 2010, where they achieved certification as a Lean Practitioner (CLP) through The Center For Industrial Effectiveness (TCIE).
