Caroline Kenney serves as the President of Development, Asset Management & Capital at The Menkiti Group since September 2024, where responsibilities include oversight and strategic direction for the organization's national real estate initiatives. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Managing Director for Public-Private Ventures at Urban Atlantic from January 2006 to September 2024. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Development Associate at East Lake Management & Development Corp. and as a Resource Development Manager at Lawndale Christian Development Corporation. Caroline holds a Master of Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a degree from Wheaton College.
