Suzanne Johnson is an experienced IT Project Manager and Scrum Master currently working at MEMIC since September 2022. Prior to this role, Suzanne served as an Information Technology Project Coordinator at Synergent, where responsibilities included managing digital banking projects focused on security and compliance. Suzanne's earlier experiences include serving as Business Relations Manager at Southern Maine Community College, where custom training projects were managed to enhance workforce development, and as an Adjunct Professor and Master Advisor, which resulted in a significant increase in student success rates in math. Suzanne also held the role of Regional Director at Lighthouse Computer Services, overseeing customer experiences and technical solutions, and co-founded Katahdin Technology Partners, a successful consulting firm. Suzanne holds an MBA from the University of Southern Maine and a BA in International Studies from Miami University.
