Rick Ludeman

Rick Ludeman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rick began their career at Intel Corporation in 1988, where they worked in Communications, Finance, and Staffing until 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Ludeman worked as a Principal at Carta Nova Consulting. In 2004, they joined Portland State University - School of Business as an Adjunct Faculty, and in 2005, they became the VP of Communications at The Math Learning Center. Ludeman then progressed to Chief Operating Officer in 2007, President in 2011, and finally Chief Executive Officer in 2019 at The Math Learning Center. Additionally, Ludeman has recently taken on the role of President at the Maier Math Foundation in 2019.

Rick Ludeman has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Lewis & Clark College. Rick also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and International Business from UCLA Anderson School of Management. In addition, Rick has an Education Master's (EdM) degree in Adult Education from Oregon State University. Furthermore, Rick has obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University in November 2022.
