Claire Tynan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in board governance and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director at Netball NSW since March 2019, Claire has also held board positions with Mater Hospital North Sydney, The Sisters of Little Company of Mary, The Salvation Army, and Calvary Hospital. As a consultant at Tynan Consulting since 2010, Claire specializes in strategy development and cross-cultural facilitation, particularly in the automotive sector. Previous roles include CEO of Mahindra Automotive Australia and Marketing & Communications Manager at Esprit. Claire holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
