Richard Protzmann serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at MANSCAPED, overseeing outside counsel and managing a global litigation portfolio. Concurrently, Richard holds the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps, with various leadership roles since August 2015, and is currently a Staff Judge Advocate at the Marine Corps Reserve Association. Richard's previous experience includes positions at Newmeyer Dillion as an attorney, where the focus was on transactional and business litigation, and at O'Melveny & Myers LLP as a litigation contract attorney, specializing in commercial litigation for public companies. Richard is a graduate of Pepperdine Law with a Juris Doctor and holds a certificate in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute. Additional education includes advanced studies at Marine Corps University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Principia College. Richard has received multiple military decorations for service.
