Currently serving as Managing Director and Principal at Meridian Consulting since January 2002, Xavier has led numerous initiatives in selection and hiring, culture transformation, change management, and talent development. Additionally, Xavier holds several senior consultant roles across various organizations, including RAC Leadership and Leadership Development Worldwide.
