Crystal Simon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting and executive coaching. As the Founder and CEO of CS Consulting, LLC since December 2005, Crystal has developed a strong entrepreneurial acumen. In addition, Crystal serves as an Executive Strengths Coach at StandOut by ADP since August 2019. Previous roles include Consultant in the Organization Effectiveness Practice at Slalom Consulting and Special Assistant at the Executive Office of the Mayor in the District of Columbia. Crystal's career began as an Associate at PSComm, LLC, and a Government Grants Writer at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford. Crystal holds a Master of Arts in English from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington University in St. Louis.
