Alishia Colimon, MBA, has over two decades of experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at CW Theaters since April 2002, Alishia also holds the position of Owner at Creative Capture Designs, LLC, and Secretary at Harper Cleaning Service LLC, both established in 2019 and 2015, respectively. Additionally, Alishia has been the General Manager and Corporate Training Manager at Cinemaworld of Florida, Inc. since April 2002. Alishia's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Florida Institute of Technology (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution (2014-2016), along with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Eastern Florida State College.
