Gary Huffman has a substantial background in operations excellence within the textile and materials industry, holding leadership roles at prominent companies. At The LYCRA Company from February 2019 to present, Gary has served as the Director of Operations Excellence. Prior experience includes positions such as Director of Global Apparel Quality and Operations Excellence and Global Operations Quality Leader at INVISTA, where Gary worked from March 2014 to May 2022. Gary's extensive tenure at INVISTA and its predecessor, DuPont, from 1979 to 2014, encompassed various managerial roles, including Unit Operations Manager for significant sites and frontline supervision across multiple product divisions. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1974 and 1979.
