Kristy Dempsey serves as the Senior Director of Storytelling and Marketing Content at The Lumistella Company since August 2020, where previous roles included Director of Creative Content and Lead Storyteller. Dempsey has authored nine picture books, including award-nominated titles such as "Me with You" and "A Dance Like Starlight," which received multiple accolades including a Golden Kite Award. Prior experience includes a decade as an MS/HS/AP English teacher at Escola Americana de Belo Horizonte, where Dempsey taught International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement courses. Additional skills include editing, copywriting, and translation from Portuguese to English. Kristy Dempsey holds a B.A. from Furman University.
