Pedro Borges possesses extensive experience in technical leadership and system engineering, particularly within healthcare IT environments. Currently serving as an Epic Technical Lead and Environment & Release Manager at Luzerner Kantonsspital since February 2018, responsibilities include environment migration strategy, development of custom solutions, and managing the Epic release process. Prior roles include System Engineer and Senior Manager of IT at Duke University Health System, where Pedro was instrumental in refining IT operations and managing Epic implementations. Additionally, experience spans managerial and project leadership roles across several medical institutions, focusing on the design and implementation of Epic applications and integration systems. Pedro holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Information Technology from DePaul University and an Associate in Science Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Seminole State College of Florida.
