Suzanne Giddens has diverse work experience, starting as a Staff Trainer/Bar Lead/Waitress at Hooters of America from 2004 to 2009. Suzanne then worked as a Review and Analysis for MCCS from 2009 to 2011. After that, they joined Craven County Schools as a Fixed Asset Coordinator from 2011 to 2012. Giddens then worked at Low T Center, where they had multiple roles, including Office Coordinator from 2012 to 2013, Marketing Coordinator from 2013 to 2014, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing from 2014 to 2020, Regional Operations Manager from 2018 to 2020, and finally as Director of Operations from 2020 to the present. Additionally, they also had a role as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at HerKare from 2014 to 2020.

Suzanne Giddens obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Pensacola State College in 2005. Suzanne then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminology at Florida State University from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they attended The University of Arizona Global Campus and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2011 to 2012. Lastly, Suzanne furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus, which they completed in 2013.
