Tanya McNamee is an experienced supply chain professional with over 20 years of expertise in demand planning and inventory management. Currently serving as a Supply Planner at Lovesac since November 2020, Tanya previously held the position of Demand/Purchasing Manager at Donghia from June 2017, where responsibilities included formulating and projecting stock positions and negotiating with suppliers. Previously, as a Sr. Demand Planner at Design Within Reach from October 2010 to June 2017, Tanya managed a significant portion of the company’s inventory investment and led strategic financial planning efforts. Tanya's earlier role as Inventory Manager at Boots Retail International involved inventory analysis and category management for major retail partners. Tanya holds a degree from the University of Connecticut, attained between 1987 and 1991.
