Yvette Donado is the Founder and CEO of DEI & Belonging Strategists, LLC, a role held since April 2018, and serves as a Management Consultant and Board Member at The Lonely Entrepreneur since January 2020. Additionally, Donado has been a Management Consultant at Latin Insights, LLC since April 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Educational Testing Service (ETS) from 2007 to March 2018, where oversight of diversity, inclusion, and philanthropy was managed in an organization with over 3,400 employees. Donado's education includes an Executive MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Queens College, and various certifications in corporate governance, labor law, and conflict resolution from prestigious institutions.
