As an inventor at Manolo's Best Farmstand Chili since December 2011, Mitch has successfully established a vegan, gluten-free, low-sodium product line now present in 130 Whole Foods Market locations across the United States. Additionally, Mitch has been the Principal at Concept Development Group since 2008 and has held leadership positions as President of American Courier Service from 1987 to 1990 and Executive Vice President at Executive Courier Service from 1982 to 1985. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland, earned between 1975 and 1979.
