Santosh K. has an extensive work experience of over 20 years. Santosh began their career in 2000 as a Business Analyst at GE Capital, where they developed an analytical model to improve the efficiency and accuracy of underwriting and valuation of loan portfolios and managed outsourced application development projects. In 2004, Santosh joined Kanbay as a Senior Consultant, where they researched opportunities for analytics solutions in banking and financial services and charted service and solution offerings. In 2005, they became Manager - Commercial Loan Underwriting at Ocwen, where they led a pricing team to bid for mortgage servicing contracts and successfully bid and won servicing rights in two structured finance CMBS transactions. In 2006, Santosh joined Bankhaus Oswald Kruber as a Process (Risk) Manager & EA to MD. Later, in 2008, they became an Investment Advisor at CarVal Investors. From 2011 to 2020, Santosh held multiple positions at Altisource, including Vice President, Director, and Senior Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Technology Officer at The Live Green Company.

Santosh K. holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business (2003-2004). Prior to that, they completed a B. Tech in Energy Engg from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (1996-2000). In 2017, they also attained a Certificate in Quantitative Finance from Fitch Learning. Santosh K. also attended Johnson Grammar School.
