Perry Freitas is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lightstone since October 2024, Perry has held a variety of leadership roles, including Managing Director and Director of Originations at Hudson Realty Capital from January 2003 to October 2024, and Vice President and Assistant Vice President prior to that. Earlier in Perry's career, a position as an Analyst was held at SWH Funding Corp. from May 2002 to January 2003. Perry earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College between 1998 and 2002 and also obtained a Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University.
