Matt Schwartz has an extensive work history in real estate, starting as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap in 2010 and advancing to roles such as Vice President at Stiles and Zaragon, Inc. Matt has experience in acquisitions, portfolio management, and development services. Matt currently serves as the Managing Director for the Midwest at Lightstone.

Matt Schwartz studied Finance at Florida State University and later continued their education in the same field at UCF College of Business.
