Phillip Dixon has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Branch Manager and Manager of Recruiting Operations at The Liberty Group, where a Boston branch was built from the ground up, generating $1.7 million in new market revenue in 2022. Previous roles include Marriott Dual General Manager at Colwen Hotels, where two properties achieved #1 ranking on TripAdvisor, and Marriott General Manager at Stonebridge Companies, recognized with the Gold Circle Award from Marriott International. Phillip has held several management positions at Dimension Development, contributing to dual property operations, and has demonstrated leadership through various roles in student organizations while pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Northern Colorado. Early career experiences also include positions at YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region and Pacific Bicycle Company.
