Siân Waddington has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Siân has held several positions in the Liberal Democrats, including Director of Operations, Deputy Director of Operations, and Head of Conferences & Events. In addition, they have worked at Informa Group as a Delegate Sales Account Manager, at Abercrombie & Kent Europe Ltd as a Purchasing & Travel Studio Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, at Daimler Chrysler AG as an Assistant in the Planning department, and at Lufthansa City Center International GmbH as a Franchise Support Assistant.

Siân Waddington completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in International Management from Deggendorf Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006. Siân also attended HZ University of Applied Sciences in 2005, although the degree and field of study are unknown.
