Jennifer Wiens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health policy and fiscal analysis. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Lewin Group since January 2012, Jennifer previously held the position of Managing Consultant. Prior to this, Jennifer was the Director of Fiscal Analysis at Care Wisconsin from September 2009 to November 2011. Earlier in Jennifer's career, positions included Budget and Policy Analyst at the Wisconsin Department of Health from September 2005 to September 2009 and Program Manager at the National Academy for State Health Policy from 2002 to 2005. Jennifer holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MPA in Policy Analysis and Nonprofit Management from the University of Minnesota.
