Tatyana Volkova currently serves as a Marketplace Specialist at The Level Group, focusing on B2B partner management and ensuring adherence to KPIs while working to enhance order processing efficiency. Prior to this, Tatyana held the position of Versace Brand Ambassador and Fashion Consultant at Odity, where personalized service and client relationship management were key responsibilities. Tatyana's earlier experience includes an internship in e-commerce and visual merchandising at Galiano Acanfora, where management of an e-commerce platform for luxury brands was a primary task. Tatyana holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Business Management from Accademia del Lusso, and also pursued advanced studies at EPFL and Geneva Business School.
