Tia Williams is an experienced recruiter currently managing the full recruiting lifecycle at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since June 2022. Williams previously served as a Talent Sourcer, focusing on specialized positions, and has a background as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at ADP. Prior military experience as a Materials Manager in the United States Air Force provided valuable management skills, complemented by a role as a Recruiting and Retention Specialist at Kroger. Tia holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, while also pursuing further education in HR at AIHR.
