Faustina Yang Assoc CIPD is an experienced human resources professional and community engagement specialist, currently serving as Head of People at The Lettings Hub and Founder of Community Champions Alliance. With a notable background that includes founding organizations such as CHINESE WOMEN IN PETERBOROUGH and the Chinese Community in Peterborough, Faustina has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant for HR and Community Solutions and Peterborough CVS. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and various degrees in English Language Teaching and ESL Instruction.
