Laila Lacy is a driven professional currently serving as a Physical Retail Intern at Wayfair since June 2023, and holds the position of Campus Marketing Manager at Bumble since September 2022, where marketing activities have driven brand awareness and app downloads. Previous experience includes roles as a Madewell Campus Ambassador at Wasserman Next Gen, where engagement strategies connected with over 1,000 people weekly, and as a Retail Associate at Nordstrom, achieving significant sales goals while maintaining high customer service standards. Laila participated in Wayfair’s Early Leaders Program and developed essential workforce skills as a Braven Fellow. Additional experience encompasses an Entertainment Writing Internship at The Divah Filez and a Retail Internship at OneUnited Bank, highlighting a strong background in marketing, customer service, and research. Laila Lacy is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Spelman College, expected to graduate in 2024.
