Ian Shuard-Cubbon has over a decade of experience in communications and brand management. Currently serving as Director of Global Brand & Portfolio Communications at the LEGO Group since August 2022, Ian has previously held roles as Senior Communications Manager and Associate Director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, contributing to high-profile projects for clients including Activision Blizzard King, Spotify, Guild Esports, and Dolby Laboratories. Ian also held the position of Senior Account Director at Mischief from August 2012 to March 2020. Academically, Ian earned a BA (Hons.) in Creative Writing from the University of Winchester between 2009 and 2012, following an earlier education at St. Georges V.A School in Harpenden.
