Austin Nielsen-Reagan is a dedicated immigration law attorney currently serving as a Staff Attorney in the NYIFUP, Immigration Law Unit, at The Legal Aid Society since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Staff Attorney in the Removal Defense Unit at CHIRLA from October 2023 to August 2024 and a Justice Fellowship at Al Otro Lado from September 2022 to September 2023 focused on U.S.-Based Advocacy. Earlier legal experiences include internships as a Legal Intern at Brooklyn Defender Services and Al Otro Lado, as well as working as a Paralegal for the Trafficking Survivors Assistance Program at Legal Aid Chicago.
