Phil Davies is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in product management and engineering. Currently serving as the Global Product Manager for the Piezoelectric Disc Pump and the Sales Engineering Manager for LEE Ventus at The Lee Company since November 2020, Phil has been instrumental in advancing the Disc Pumpâ„¢ range, which caters to various sectors including medical, life sciences, environmental, and defense. Prior to this role, Phil worked at Ingersoll Rand from December 1999 to November 2020 as a Product Manager, showcasing a strong foundation in product development. Phil holds a Master's Degree in Advanced Manufacturing Systems from Kingston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering from Swansea University.
