Richard Butler, M.Ed. is an experienced professional in the field of educational technology and training design, currently serving as an Editorial Board Member for eLearn Magazine since June 2023. With a significant tenure at AT&T since April 2005, Richard has held various leadership roles, including Principal of Technical Business Analysis, where operational cost efficiencies were achieved through enhanced user experiences for technical support agents. Richard's background includes directing training design initiatives, conducting training needs analyses, and overseeing the development of training solutions for customer service teams. Additionally, Richard has contributed as an author for The eLearning Guild and has a strong foundation in educational technology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where a Master's in Educational/Instructional Technology was obtained, complemented by a B.S. in Computer Science from Xavier University of Louisiana.
