Kush Banerjee is a seasoned professional in health care data management, currently serving as the Data Licensing Program Manager at The Leapfrog Group since June 2015. In this role, Kush manages over 40 customer accounts, focusing on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction through data product strategies. Previous positions include Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing customer relationships and driving sales processes, and Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, contributing to national efforts in improving health care quality. Prior experience includes an internship at Gateway Health Plan, where Kush developed a web-based project management tool, and a consulting project at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh, which resulted in strategies to significantly reduce patient waiting times. Kush holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a double Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Biology from Washington University in St. Louis.
