Janett Egber is an accomplished leader in customer experience and design strategy with extensive expertise across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the CX Capability Lead at Medibank since November 2018, Janett focuses on enhancing customer experiences through stakeholder collaboration and strategic projects. Previously, roles included Global Catalyst and Australian Ambassador for The League of Intrapreneurs, and Founder of the Egber Group. Janett's earlier experience encompasses CEO of AAT Australia, Manager of Strategic Partnerships at National Australia Bank, and various positions in marketing and analytics at ANZ, Telstra, and Roy Morgan Research. Janett holds a Master of Marketing from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
