Michael Kim has extensive experience in leadership development and youth programming, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at NYC Leadership Academy since November 2007. Michael has held various roles within the organization, including Associate Director, Program Specialist, and Program Assistant. Prior to this, Michael contributed as an AmeriCorps Member and Youth Development Specialist from October 2006 to August 2007. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, completing the degree in 2006.
