Meg Jacobs is a Public Affairs Adviser at The Law Society since February 2022, focusing on political influence related to the constitution, the rule of law, human rights, and mental health. Jacobs has served as a Mental Health First Aider since September 2019 and has previously held multiple roles at the House of Commons from January 2019 to February 2022, including Senior Parliamentary Assistant and Office Manager. Additional experience includes advocacy volunteering at Rethink Mental Illness, serving as a Campaigns Ambassador for Cancer Research, and supervising volunteers for the Youth Parliament. Jacobs began an internship in the House of Commons in September 2018, supporting a Midlands MP with policy research and constituent communications. Jacobs holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of East Anglia, completed in 2018.
