Katharine Bollon currently serves as the Head of Capability & Talent at The Law Society, a position held since February 2016. Previously, Katharine was a Senior OD Consultant (Interim) at the Financial Conduct Authority, where a strategic plan was developed to enhance management and leadership effectiveness. Experience includes an interim role at Barnardo's as Head of People & Organisation Development, focusing on employee engagement and leadership development, and serving as Group Talent & Engagement Manager at Network Rail, leading initiatives to strengthen safety leadership culture. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from the University of Hull and various certifications in psychology and occupational testing.
