Shalini Garg serves as Editor In Chief at The Lancet, a position held since February 2022, following the role of Research Topic Coordinator at Frontiers in Public Health from 2021 to February 2022. Shalini has also contributed as Visiting Faculty at AIPH Bhubaneswar between August 2020 and February 2022. Shalini Garg's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (2016-2019), a Master's degree in Public Health from M.G University Kerala (2012-2014), and a Bachelor's degree from NIOH, Calcutta University (1997-2001). Additionally, Shalini is pursuing an MPHIL-PHD in Public Health from the Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai, since 2015.
