Matthew Schoofs is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in applications development and culinary arts. Currently serving as an Applications Developer at The Lake Companies since July 2018, Matthew previously gained experience as a Desktop Support Analyst II and IT Tech Intern at Alta Resources from June 2016 to March 2018. Prior roles include managing daily kitchen operations as BOH Executive at Heart of America, where strategic planning was key for catering events of over 1500 people, and culinary leadership positions at Cronie's Cafe and Chain O Lakes Bar and Grill. Matthew's educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Software Development, alongside training in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and Aviation/Commercial Pilot through Fox Valley Technical College.
