Josh Harpole is an experienced leader in the food retail industry, currently serving as Vice President of Deli, Bakery, and Prepared Foods at Kroger since April 2019. Prior to this role, Josh held several positions at King Soopers/City Market from 2008 to 2019, including District Manager and Deli/Bakery Merchandising Director, where responsibilities encompassed marketing and performance for 143 delicatessens and managing the operations of a district with 18 stores. Earlier in their career, from 2004 to 2006, Josh was the Store Manager for King Soopers, overseeing three locations. Josh's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Regis University, an MBA in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from the University of Colorado Denver, and completion of the Food Industry Executive Program at USC Marshall School of Business.
