Jesse Stauffer currently serves as a Store Leader at Kroger since August 2024. Previous experience includes roles as General Manager and Commission Sales Associate at Mr. Roof from February 2022 to October 2024, where leadership was demonstrated in the Cincinnati market. Jesse held the position of Retail District Manager at Dollar General from June 2021 to February 2022, and before that, spent over eleven years at Kroger as a Store Manager, managing a multi-store territory and implementing operational strategies for revenue growth. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Operations Manager at Sears, where Jesse achieved significant revenue growth and optimized internal processes, as well as working as Sales/Operations/Loss Prevention Manager at Lowe's, focusing on improving profitability through effective budgeting and cost management. Jesse holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Cincinnati.
