Daniel Adeyanju serves as the Director of Partnerships at The Knowledge House, focusing on connecting leaders with high-quality, diverse tech talent and promoting inclusive leadership development. Previously, Daniel held the role of Director of Programs at the same organization, aimed at linking underestimated communities to tech careers. As a co-founder and Program Director at Kura Labs, Daniel worked on creating pathways to digital infrastructure jobs. With a history of innovation in inclusion strategy as the founder of Be Great, a community-building initiative, and leadership in addressing Black and Latino postgraduate unemployment at Life After Bing, Daniel also contributed as an advisor at AlgoDaily and managed tech career initiatives at the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline. Daniel's early career included software engineering roles at Macy's and operational management at Bring Me That. Academic credentials include a BA in Africana Studies from Binghamton University, a BS in Computer Science from Lehman College, and completion of the Senior Leaders Program at Columbia Business School.
