Davina Holmgren has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Davina started their career as a Debt Collector at IC Systems in 2008. After that, they worked as a Broadband Technical Specialist at Charter from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Kids Come First as a Teacher's Aide and also worked as an Assistant Manager at Cinemagic Theatres during the same period. Davina then transitioned into the HR field and worked as a Human Resources Intern, Assistant, and Manager at Aramark from 2013 to 2022. Following that, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Human Resources Director at Kessler Collection from 2023 to the present.

Davina Holmgren completed their education in the field of Legal Studies. Davina attended Inver Hills Community College from 2013 to 2014, specializing in the area of Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Davina then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Legal Studies at Hamline University, from 2014 to 2016.
