Brian Swope, CMDCP, is an accomplished executive in the senior living industry with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as Executive Director at The Kenney since April 2023, Swope has previously held executive positions, including Executive Director at Prestige Care, Inc. and Faerland Terrace Assisted Living & Memory Care, where responsibilities included overseeing significant budgets and large teams. Swope's expertise extends to business development and market expansion, demonstrated during a tenure as Vice President of Market Expansion at Blue Willow Systems, where a patent-pending system for senior care was developed. Additional roles include Interim Director of Operations & Marketing at Bainbridge Senior Living and Business Development Manager for Tel-Tron Technologies Corporation. Swope holds an Associate's degree in Business Management from Diablo Valley College and has further education from the University of Phoenix and Campolindo High School.
